Lessons From The Ants (2) [MUST READ For Everyone]

The ants are insects most people thought are to be neglected or of less concern (if not an entomologist) 'cos of their little sizes but a bunch of lessons can be learned from them.
In case you don't know, ants live in highly organized society just like humans. Some of them are at times referred to as social insects.

Today's lesson is based on the elaborate social structures in the ants' way of life through which various activities for the feeding, shelter and reproduction are divided among specially adapted individuals.
One of the best way to achieving a goal is team work as it was said in the first series.
"To move a team forward in the goal-achieving exercise(s), you, as a leader cannot execute the actions alone, there should be division of work based on each person's ability."
Emphasis on each person's ability; a leader is not the specialist, you are an employer. (Note that, there is no specialist in leadership, a true leader is a leader).
You employ people who are specialists in that field and all you do is give them the work and encourage them!!!
Entrust some works into their hands too, you're not a superman; You can't know everything alone.
Remember, one man is not an island of knowledge.
I hope you learned something from this, your comment is highly needed. Drop your comments below in the comment box.
Have a great week!!!
