The Nigerian Workforce Strategy and Enlightenment Centre (NIWOSEC) is a non-profit and non-political organization incorporated in Nigeria on the 20th November, 2017. It is envisioned to be a regional one-stop solution center for national development through working class activities.

The centre's prior aim is to build patriotic and value-adding workforce which shall be prepared to promote dignity of labour and contribute substantially to national development.

To achieve its objectives, NIWOSEC shall be involved in carrying out programs meant to orientate Nigerian workers on the need for government, labour and management organisations to maintain close synergy for the good of all and promote fundamental human rights as enshrined in the Nigerian constitution.

With the head office of the neo-labour organisation in Ilorin and coordinating offices in all the states of the federation, its activities are intended to have impact across the length and breadth of Nigeria in the execution of programs and projects.

The centre is poised to harmonize and unify Nigerian workers and professionals, irrespective of tribe, gender and political differences for collective progress by addressing workplace economic and social injustice.

To this end therefore, the management of NIWOSEC seeks the understanding and cooperation of the public by having your corporate support and patronage through program sponsorship and collaboration.
