Lessons From The Ants (1) [MUST READ For Everyone]

The ants are insects most people thought are to be neglected or of less concern (if not an entomologist) 'cos of their little sizes but a bunch of lessons can be learned from them.
"An ant builds its house by engaging others in the construction processes."
The word "engage" is to be looked at.
To achieve a goal in its best way, you must know how to engage others, work with them.
To work with people, you must have a knowledge of the 'HOW TOs'.

The word TEAM can be defined as "Together Everyone Achieves More".
The power of team work cannot be neglected in the process of achieving a goal or actualising a dream of yours; as a matter of fact, team work cannot be compared with a personal work.
As a tree cannot make a forest, so is working alone. Working as a team makes work easier and faster. You achieve more within a little range of time.
You are a potential leader, wherever you are, make things work. Develop your ability to working with people around you.
This is a very key ability one must develop, "working with others".

On a closing remark, when you engage others, you don't use them, you encourage them to getting to their own promise land as well as getting to the destination of the team's goal.
Don't be a user of people!!! You are not a leader by using people.
This series continues tomorrow.
